“My husband and I employed the services of Plan B Architecture to draw up plans for a study room extension to our existing property. Having never gone through this process before we were a little apprehensive about the size of the task. However our concerns were alleviated by the professionalism and helpful nature of Yasmeen from Plan B Architecture. When Yasmeen came round to conduct the initial survey she offered very helpful advice which helped us in being able to optimise the utilisation of space for the desired extension. These were enhancements that we had not originally considered and we were appreciative of. The initial plans for the extension were quickly drawn up (within a couple of weeks from the survey). We required a relatively minor amendment to the plan (the addition of another skylight window), which Yasmeen was able promptly carry out. Once agreed the task of submitting the plans to Greenwich Council was undertaken by Yasmeen. Whilst waiting for a decision to be reached by the council, Yasmeen approached the council on our behalf and was able keep us informed on when the decision dates were likely to occur.
